They come in different colors and shapes and may also include decorative stones. They can also be used to monitor your weight...As they get looser (you're losing) and as the get tighter (it's a reminder to get back on track) 

FBF Body Waist beads will fit up to a size 48" inch waist and come in 2 bead sizes, standard and jumbo.  These waist beads are directly from Sierra Leone and Ghana and come in a variety of colors, as well as bead sizes. 

As our inventory changes frequently, colors will be assorted and sets will be created by FBF with what we have in stock.

Waist beads are beads on a string, please be careful when you are wearing them as not to pop the string.
