Return Policy: Orders Places Before April 18th, 2026
Sometimes an item doesn't fit...no biggie! Simply initiate s return within 14 days of receipt, once approved we will be more than happy to issue a store credit less the shipping cost, upon receipt of the item. You have 5 days from the date the return is approved to send the item back to FBF Monetary refunds or exchanges are not offered. (Please read below for return guidelines)
Things You Should Know:
Due to the intimate nature of our shapewear, these items can not be returned for exchanged. Thank you for understanding this condition. It helps us ensure return items are hygienic. Shaperwear is FINAL SALE
All merchandise outside of shapewear must be unworn unwashed and in otherwise perfect condition to be considered for a return.
If you placed your order during a sale, your store credit will be the price paid for the item. When repurchasing the sale price does not apply.
FINAL SALE: If an item is listed as FINAL SALE via the product description or promotion, the above return policy does not apply to this item. It can not be returned or exchanged, no exceptions.

All returns will be in the form of store credit, only. .
All orders placed online must be returned via mail.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions above.

Include your invoice and your return ID number.
We will send you a store credit code within 3 business days of receiving your returned item. Please keep your return shipping tracking number.
Any returns received outside of our return policy guidelines will become the property of FBF Body and no store credit will be issued. Store credits must be used within 365 days of issuance.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If there is an error with your order (missing an item or you were sent something you did not order) or an item is damaged, please contact help@FBFBody.com within 3 business days of receipt. We will replace unworn or unused defective or damaged items with the originally ordered item with proof of damage.
If there is an error with your order at the fault of FBF, and the incorrect item is sent, the incorrect item will be replaced with the correct item originally ordered, upon receipt of the incorrect item.
If you do not alert us to any damage or errors within 3 business days, after 3 business days all sales are final.
