What is Fit Girl Fresh Weekend?

FBF Weekend is a series of events taking place to promote health, fitness
and financial freedom for females age 11 and beyond. Hosted by FBF Body, Fit Girl Fresh Weekend has garnished citywide praise since 2012. Bringing together women, men and girls in a forum that promotes fun, fitness and fellowship.

Past host and special guest such as: Karen Civil , Angela
Simmons, Mo’ne Davis, Myleik Teele, Elise Neal, Nina Parker, Deesha Dyer, Mia Ray, Cheryl Clemons of SWV, Rakia Reynolds
local radio personalities, successful business owners and leaders in the fitness
industry, have made this a much anticipated event. As we embark on our
10 Year Anniversary, we want to continue to meet the needs of our
community, while at the same time curating a stellar event.

Adult only event, think one big workout party, guest will enjoy low calories drink options, a live DJ, and 2 intense workouts headed by leading fitness professionals.

Teen Summit 12:30pm-3pm Hosted By Tanea Kaywood

FIT Girl Fresh promotes health, fitness, positive body image and self esteem to girls age 11 to 17. This will be a fun event to show girls that loving and taking care of their bodies is cool. They will enjoy lunch while having a roundtable discussion with a focus on positive body image, self esteem, goals,  giveaways and much more all while dressed to impress.

School Of Life Workshop: 12:30pm-3pm Moderated By Zakia Blain

Attendees will participate in four panel discussions with our special guest panel topics include

• Investing/Finance - Ayesha Selden
• Entrepreneurship - Mia Ray, Myleik, Ashaunna
• Work Life Balance -Kee Taylor, Barbara Devan
• Relationships - Dawn Archer, Trina Small

We want participants to leave with tools they can implement into their lives immediately. Connecting them with people and resources they can use to
change their lives in the immediate future. The goal is to be empowered, not just inspired. Lunch is provided

Snatched Squad Soiree: 6pm to 10pm Speaker TBA

This year is a celebration of longevity, as FBF turns 10 we want to celebrate our impact over the years. Attendees are female professionals, working mothers, collage students etc looking to connect, and elevate their lives. Guest will enjoy a night of fun, dancing sisterhood, a sit down dinner,  while participating in life changing conversations from our keynote speaker who has beat the odds in life, business and love.
